Colorado Springs Off the deck - Mountain & Cloud Photography

Time-lapse photography Monday morning and later that afternoon. Lively low cumulus, partly-cloudy most of the day until a late afternoon thunderstorm rolled in, the camera is in the clouds. Using refurbished Sony DCR-HC52 Handycam, using the DV output (firewire) so picture is processed digitally. No soundtrack this cut, working with x264 to convert to video, editors (to add music, etc.) have been changing format. Looking at MKVmerge to lay in a soundtrack w/o messing with video formatting. Camera is in NW Colo. Spr., looking south towards Cheyenne Mtn. 5 seconds between shots, replayed at 30 fps. Enjoy, LB:
